   Is the site open for ordering by consumers / end users directly or is it open only for doctors?

Doctorstore.in is a site intended for use only by registered medical practitioners. Only Medical practitioners or their authorized assistants may use the site for ordering the supplies used in their clinical practice.

   I don’t remember my MCI (Medical Council of India) Number or Year of registration. Can I still register myself?

MCI Number and Year of registration is compulsorily required for registration. This is for verifying and ensuring that the products are accessible and delivered only to registered medical practitioners. You will find these details mentioned on your Certificate issued by the Medical Council of India.

How to place the order online

   Is it compulsory to register before buying the product ?

Yes. This is to ensure that the person ordering is a registered Medical practitioner only.

   How do I check the status of my order ?

In order to check the status of the order , Log in and then go to My Account.

How to change password

   What is my password ?

Your password can be any combination of alphabets , numericals and special characters.The password length has to be between 8 to 20 characters.

   What if I forget my password ?

Incase you forget your password then click on Forgot my Password.You will be sent a link to reset your password on your email id.

   How can I change my password ?

If you wish to change your password then you can go to My Profile in the My Account page. Alternatively you can click on Forgot my Password . You will be sent a link to reset your password on your email id.

Order Delivery

   What is the approximate delivery time ?

It would take between 2-7 days to all areas depending upon the location within india.

   What are the shipping charges ?

Shipping is free for products above Rs.1000/- in India. Otherwise Rs.100/- would be applicable for delivering within all areas of India.

   How do I track the status and delivery of my order ?

All products are delivered through reputed courier services or Indian Postal Services. You will be provided you with a Tracking ID/ Docket number via test message and email for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of the courier services.    Does Doctor Store deliver overseas (Out of India)?

Currently the products can be delivered only within India and not overseas.

   Can I collect the product directly from your offices / warehouse ?

Yes, you can collect the product from the Mumbai office. Call on  +91-9833334000 to check for product availability at our office and timings.

   How do I check the status of my order ?

In order to check the status of the order, Log in and then go to My Account. You can see all your previous orders. click on View More of a particular order to know the status of the order.

   How do I know if the product is in stock ?

Click on the product to check the product's availability.

   What if I want to order the product which is not in stock ?

Please email the product you wish to purchase and quantity on info@doctorstore.in .We will reply at earliest.

   Which courier facilities are available ?

We usually send via India Post (Speed Post). There are a few other courier companies that we are working with to enable better service to you.

Cancellations / Returns

   Can I cancel my order ?

You can cancel your order by sending a mail to support@doctorstore.in . You can also contact us at 09833334000. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount. You will immediately get an email regarding the cancellation. Your money would be refunded within 15 working days.

   How and when will I receive the refund ?

If the payment is done via Credit card / Debit card / Net Banking then the money will be transferred back to your bank account . If your payment has been done via any other mode then we will need your bank details. The refund will be processed in 15 days after providing your bank details.

   Where do I send the product for return ?

The product should be sent to our Mumbai office. The address is,

   Can I return the product if I don't like it ?

Yes .You can return the product along with the original box and packing with all its contents within 7 days from date of delivery. It will be accepted if there is no damage to the packing and is suitable for resale.    Can I see demo of the product ?

Demo is not available at the moment. We do have you tube videos for some products for a better understanding.

   What should I do to write a  review for a  product ?

In order to write a review or rate a product, Click on the product and then Click on Add your review.

Payments:

   Is Cash on Delivery COD available in my area ?

COD is available for all the Pin codes serviced by India Post.Some far flung destinations could take a longer time to deliver.

   Can I pay Cheque on delivery ?

Currently cheque on delivery is not acceptable. However, in case you are interested in paying by cheque, you may call us on +919833334000 for discussing the modalities of the transaction. In such a case, the transaction will have to be done through offline mode and will be executed only once the cheque has been deposited and cleared in the bank account.

   Can I deposit cash in your account ?
